Tax Types are greyed out

Clicking on client -> Tax Type, I can only choose 3 options (Individual, Partnership & S-Corporate), all the others (Corporate, Fiduciary, Exempt Org., Estate, Gift, Benefit Plan) are greyed-out and I can't choose them.
Any ideas why is that?

The greyed out ones have not been installed.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    Our IT group installed the software on my computer and I know we pay rep access on the ones that are currently greyed out, where the ones that are bold/darker print and we have access to are included in the software price we pay.  Does that have anything to do with this?

    No. If they are greyed out they are not installed.
