Is the "Tax Scan and Import Unlimited" worth purchasing?  How accurate is it?

I think they say it as accurate as human data entry.

You get a nice bookmarked pdf file.

Depending on number of returns and complexity, I'd say it is worth it.

It does not do well on 1099-B transactions since each payor has a different format.

    I am also wondering what do you do when someone uploads multiple pdf's into SmartVault or sends them by e-mail?

    As long as they are pdfs you can use the Import.

    We try to wait until most of client's data is received.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
