Tax Family Size-Form 8962-Adjusting Size for MEC
MFJ return with 4 dependents. 3 dependents are children that qualify for Medicaid. According to form 8962 instructions, tax family size on Form 8962 does not include individuals eligible for MEC of which Medicaid qualifies as part of MEC.
Lacerte is driving tax family size of "6", however family size s/b "3". How do we adjust the tax family size, Part I, Line 1 on Form 8962?
