Has anyone seen any guidance for the Adv Prem Credit repayment exclusion

    Not yet, that is the is the second biggest 2020 shoe yet to drop affecting my clients after unemployment and what it means for community property states (in Cali). 

    May have my first ever amendments to make MFJ to MFS for filed returns due to unemployment community property rules.  You can do it if done by the filing deadline.
