System down

Trying to download Lacerte years onto a new computer. Install package is successfully downloaded, but when I'm prompted to log in to access my PREP file, I am getting a message that says "the system is currently down". Has been going on for 24 hours. Have restarted the computer several times, installed and and deleted install packages. Any help?

It could be an antivirus issue, so maybe disable AV checking. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/installing-lacerte-on-a-new-computer-standalone/00/3516

I disabled antivirus and did a restart.. still receiving the same message
