Superseded 1120 fiscal year due 1/15/22
Can Lacerte efile a superseded 1120 for a fiscal year return due Jan 15? Per Spidells - there should be a check box in the software this is a superseded return. Where is that and how do I do so? I want to replace the return efiled recently due to a change in the ERC actual amount. Per the IRS we can efile superseded returns, people say you can - how does Lacerte facilitate this? Sidebar - can Lacerte do this for individuals for 2021?
