is anyone having a problem seeing CTRL E sub screens to leave notes? Example reason for a 1040X

I click on it and it ill not come up to type a reason but it is locked so I have to escape to move forward with form

it has to be a setting or something

all my prior years they come up fine

could it be due to a windows update or multiple monitors?

Yes. Windows often buggers things up.
A second monitor could be sending the pop up to a small corner of the screen, that is what the 2nd link I gave tries to show how to fix.
You may want to call support (SYSTEM support)
