Struggling to Import from Workpapers CS

My firm uses Workpapers CS for our reviews/compilations engagements and Lacerte Tax for our tax engagements. I'm able to export a client's data from Workpapers CS without issue, but I'm unable to import into Lacerte Tax and I haven't found any Lacerte videos/articles on this.  Can somebody please help?

Unfortunately Intuit, in it's infinite wisdom killed all of the old likes and didn't link the new ones to the old.

I am sure @IntuitBettyJo will get her team to try to fix the broken links in my last article.
