State Wrong on Client Detail Screen for St Efile Status

Anyone having issues with the wrong state showing on the Client Detail Screen under St e-file Status?  I am having random states listed that have nothing to do with the states that were prepared or efiled.  IE:  Arizona return filed and efiled client data screen column shows MN?

    Yes, I am having this problem.

    The real state is Oregon, but when the e-file was first transmitted, the status column said PA for the state.

    Then once the Oregon e-file was accepted, the status column said AZ for the state. !!!!!

    Same issue.  Quite stressful to read "CA sent to NY" after hitting e-file...
