State ID Number for 1099-G Unemployment payments

Has anyone run into an issue with inputting the State ID number for unemployment payments received, Lacerte screen 14.2?  In the state of Utah, 14 digits are required, 11 numerical and three letter.  The "Payers State Identification Number" field on this screen only accepts 12 digits

https://www.atxcommunity.com/topic/14415-please-provide-your-states-ein-and-address-that-would-be-shown-on-1099gs/ only shows the digits, no letters. EIN's don't have letters, just leave them off
