State (Delaware) Allocation not working

An S-Corp client must file with Delaware, but had no activity in the state.

I have went through every in put for Delaware, even entered $0 in every "Override" field, and still the Apportionment Percentage remains at 100%.

Any ideas or fixes for this?

One extreme Lacerte oddity is that 0 is ignored. If you really want zero (0) then enter -1

    That worked! Just not on the "Allocation" screen, for some reason; I had to enter it on the Delaware Schedule A screen.
