Get error message that can't open program because file "Lacerte\19tax\Opindex.p9" is used by other process. Any idea how to get rid of message from coming up. I looked for that file name and it doesn't exist. Also get it in other programs (2017 - 2020)

#1 cure to try first is turn the computer off. Wait a couple of minutes, then restart.
