Where do I find the instructions to use two screens at the same time - i.e. detail on one and actual return on the second screen so I can see what changes as and add and delete items?

For now:

When in the client file - Upper menu bar > View > down to Detail/Forms View.  Pick your poison.  A word of advice, for me it doesn't work that great if it's a really big file.  YMMV
