Anybody using SmartVault as their online portal for clients to upload/download tax documents?  Do you like it and do clients like it?

Yes, we are using it and like it very much. Much easier to use for our clients. Love the integration with Lacerte and Smart Vault trainers are great to help you get everything set up correctly - which I highly recommend.
