Single Member LLC owned by C Corporation

I have one 1120-F Corporation which own Single member LLC.  How can I generate Single member LLC (form 568) on 1120-F?

John, you can't. The Corp/S-Corp/P-ship modules are not programmed for that yet.

I have requested that Lacerte update the Individual module so that you could check the correct box for utimate ownership. They would need to program a new input with a drop-down as the easiest solution.
