Sign on not required when logging in to Lacerte

I experienced an error code when using Lacerte 2024. I followed the instructions and after I went to the Lacerte Tool, my log in disappeared. I click on the icon to open the software and am NOT required to put in my credentials. I'm concerned about data safety.

    Did you already have 2022 or 2023 Lacerte open?  Now there is one sign on for 2022 through 2024.  We have not downloaded 2024 yet, but I am loving it with 2022 and 2023.  I so hated logging into intuit link, then 2022 and then 2023 with different codes to be entered for each.  Pain in the butt.  So this new change is very welcome.

      I did not, but other years did not require a sign in either. I finally was able to resolve. A reboot did not work, but a complete shut down did. Thanks for replying!
