Side by Side Configuration is incorrect error message

Cannot log into 23 Lacerte software

    https://www.google.com/search?q=Side+by+Side+Configuration+is+incorrect leads me to believe it is a Visual C++ issue. 

    Go to settings  > Apps > Microsoft Visual C ++ and you should have a bunch of them. I see 2 in mine installed in the last 2 months. 

    From this my GUESS is to use the Force install found in Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-lacerte-tools-hub/00/71892?src=lctoolhub51420
