Screen 6 - amount paid with extension state column entered and assigned to MT. date of payment also entered.
Amount paid with extension is not showing on the Montana Income Tax Summary

Are you certain that you are looking at Screen 6, next to last entry and not the (memo) two lines above that. I see the payment showing on the summary as part of TOTAL PAYMENTS AND OFFSETS
