Scorp health insurance not in owners name
Husband is the s corp owner and scorp pays the insurance out of his check but the insurance is thru the marketplace under the wife as primary holder for the family policy. Is he still entitled to above the line deduction or does this have to be a schedule A deduction. If it has to go on A can his portion go above the line. His wife works for the company. Have talked to them about getting this changed to his name but they have not followed thru with that.
