Sch F Name of Proprietor
Is there a way to change the Name of Proprietor on Schedule F in Lacerte to my client's LLC business name for the farm instead of the taxpayer's name?

No. You link it to the SMLLC in another screen (54 for California) to report it on the SMLLC return. The same is true for Schedule E. Schedule C does have a business name.
