Scan import
Lacerte scan/import is creating duplicate entries for DIV, INT, 1099R, and Social Security entries. Also creates duplicate tax import files for all individual clients at the conclusion of the import. We are not new to scan import but this is the first year we have experiences this issue. Anyone else run into this? We are going to discontinue importing until we have a solution.
