Question
"Save as PDF" from Lacerte Trial Balance Utility- PDF corrupted on creation
When I try saving the report from the Lacerte TB tool as a PDF and then open the file, an error shows up in Acrobat saying "the dimensions of this page are out-of-range. page content might be truncated" and the report pages are blank and only show a small white square. no text or anything. I have done everything I can think of:
-Uninstalling/reinstalling Lacerte
-Uninstalling/reinstalling Microsoft print to PDF
-Running the Lacerte ToolHub Repair PDF tool
No luck. Please help. Apparently Lacerte does not even have a way to report bugs anymore.
