Reverse 1031 Exchange

I am trying to enter a partial sale of land, building, and other assets and the proceeds from that sale were used in a reverse 1031 exchange.   The Like-Kind Exchange wizard does not seem to be working in this scenario since there was only a partial sale of the original assets.  Does anyone have any helpful ideas on this?

Three decades + with Lacerte.  The Wizard doesn't work....

Complete the F 8824 by hand, then force as necessary in Lacerte.
