Repail of 2020 requirement for premium tax credit to be reportd as income (ARPA sec 9662)
So according to Spidell today, the Premium Tax Crsit repayment requirement is repealed fir taxpayers whose 2020 subsideis were higher than the amount that they were actually entitled to (ARPA sec 9662). I checked the box to have ARFA applied but this provision was not incorporated in my client's return. When will you evise the 2020 Individual program so it is?
