REP lock

I am trying to REP a previously efiled corp return in 2014 (due to 2018 NOL carryback - 2013 was a loss year), and am getting the message "client is in REP Lock", when I try to REP the client.  Therefore it is NOT letting me process corporate return.  Any advise?  Please reply back asap if you are able to.  Thanks!

Lock-Out Date
The date your account will be locked from processing if there is not full payment for 2 consecutive REP statements. This will result in an inability to process returns on a REP basis.
