REP
I paid a large advance sum back at the beginning of January (I generally pay in advance each year) and have not received any credit for my payment. I recently sent in a copy of my bank statement showing that payment because I keep getting messages that I have not paid a dime for this year's REP account. WHEN can I expect the payment to show up????? I phoned, but the person on the phone just wanted my credit card information and didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying to her !!! Help
