Anyone having problems asking to ReP returns again?

2020 Lacerte program, have a couple of returns that had already obtained REP and e-filed (and accepted) during tax season that are now being asked for REP again.  It is not all returns, just a couple out of my many out state returns and random (not the same state being charged for nor close in date when e-filed).  Have sent one of the returns to Intuit to figure out what's wrong.
