Ref #53815, foreign partner does not have SSN, Critical Diagnostic asked for a valid SSN, only required for DE partnership, how to fix this?

Does ForeignUS work?

Foreign US works for other states, but not for Delaware partnership. It's the first year DE can e-file this type return, but doesn't work well.
