How do you file a 5329 for a Trust in Lacerte? I don't see an input screen.

    Is there such a thing on a 1041?

    See page 34 of the Form 1041 instructions for 2022 returns.  But I would file a standalone Form 5329 (that's why it has a place for address, and signature) and attach an explanation of why the penalty should be waived.
