I have been on the phone for 45min just to get a quote for the business module. I don't understand why this is taking so long. Representatives are not US based and they are messaging intuit while I sit on the phone and wait? This is infuriating considering the price we pay for this software?!

    May 1 is a holiday in many countries, especially the Socialist ones.  Call back tomorrow.
