Question

Putting Lacerte on a new computer. I have the software installed and I login, I do not see any of my existing clients. Can anyone tell me how to get them to populate?

Restore them from your most recent back-up, done from the old computer.  You do back-up regularly, correct?

Upper menu bar "Client".  Down to back-up.  Select where you wish to have the files go (a flash drive is the most convenient way.

Tennis-shoe that flash drive over to the NEW computer, then "Client" and down to restore.  Find the files on the flash drive, select them all (group) and go for it.

Ctrl-B (for backup) and Ctrl-R (for restore) are the hot keys to use.
