PTE Montana 1065 efile diagnostic for Land value entries

how do fix Lacerte 2025 diagnostic 1065 efile: The amount for land is greater inside of Montana than everywhere. (ref. #14798)?

Montana no longer factors land into its apportionment calculation for PTE returns so is outdated and shouldn’t be blocking
