Proseries WI program gives efile error when Homestead credit Schedule H needs to be filed. How to fix? Website says it is supported.

red error indicator appears on the info wkst. Reads: Not eligible for electronic filing. Returns with Sch. H must have Property Tax statement as part of return to E-file. Proseries does not support this information to be filed electronically. Then gives instructions to paper file!!!

I've got the Property Tax report attached as pdf with category of Sch. H. I've refreshed/updated and no change. This is my first WI Sch. H but this is not a new schedule and has worked in past years. Any help or ideas? Thanks,

Try removing and adding the PDF again. You can also add a description of the PDF and add it as Other instead of category Sch H (make sure "Form" isn't in the description). I found Form W-AR from page 5 of the Schedule H & H-EZ Instructions that could‌ help as well.
