Program shuts down after login

After login, the program starts to open then shuts down completely

Are you networked?

I've been having the same issue - it seems to occur when some workstations aren't updated.  I've resorted to WebSetUp to reinstall & get updates to install.  Which is relatively easy using the Lacerte Tool Hub (my first year using it).
