Question

Program is stuck on bottom tool bar and won't display on screen

I can login to 2019 program but it immediately stays down at bottom tool bar and won't pop up on main screen.

Actually my staff solved it by finding the w19tax.ini file which was corrupt. So we rename it to w19tax.old and then restart Lacerte Program and it will automatically create a new ini file.
