Problems with Kaspersky anti-virus software

Has anyone been having troubles with Lacerte working with Kaspersky anti-virus software?  I've used Kaspersky for 15+ years without any compatibility problems, but just these past few weeks Kaspersky won't let the communications manager work in Lacerte.  This is happening on 2019 - 2021 Lacerte but not earlier.  Lacerte support says to set Kaspersky so it accepts Lacerte, but it seems strange this is just now happening.

Along the same line - has anyone had any problems with QuickBooks version 2022 - the program says it has lost connection (with the server) and then aborts the program and we have to log back in.  Just started the last 2 weeks.  It aborts about every 10 Minutes!!

Personally, I wouldn't buy software from a Russian who trained with the KGB.  But we live in a free country.  Still. I think.
