Problem with Lacerte Trial Balance Import duplicating balances

We are occasionally having problems with the duplication of balances when going back and forth between the trial balance and the tax preparation software.

Need to find the cause and how to clean-up the tax file.

Normally we can go from the tax return entry side to the trial balance side and back whth the numbers being imported/updated to the return without duplication.  However, sometimes the trial balance numbers are being brought into the return a second time, doubling up the amounts for each line item on the return.

We don't know what is causing the duplication.
