problem with input sheet

Hi, after updated to the most current version of Lacerte. I still have problem with printing input sheet. like after I input everything, the input sheet I print is completely blank. Could someone help me with this? updating does not work. Thanks

Its a known issue, started over the weekend I think.  I read that they hope to have it fixed in an update this week...maybe the 25th...there are plenty of posts about this if you scroll through the list.
