Does Lacerte have a "canned" policy disclosure statement that can be included with the tax returns?

I am looking for a standard statement that indicates we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information etc.

If so, can you give guidance as to how to do it.

AON insurance offers such statements.  AON is the provider for AICPA members.
