Printing to Acrobat problems

I'm having trouble printing to a PDF via Acrobat from Lacerte.  The return's fonts are all garbled and meaningless.  The form itself is fine just the numbers, etc are AFU.  This seems to have started after upgrading to a new PC with Win 11.  I tried the Lacerte Tool hub but that didn't fix it.  Printing to PDF via Lacerte works fine but the files are huge

We've always had this problem, going back years. We don't print anything to Adobe PDF because we can't guarantee it will print correctly. And, yes, for years PDFs from Lacerte are HUGE (and the issue has been posted here before).

I shrink my PDFs printed from Lacerte using a program called PDF24. It's not a good solution but I don't think Lacerte will look at the file size issue.
