Printing Input sheets freezes Lacerte

We have one CPA in office that is unable to print input sheets.  If she tries to print them Lacerte will freeze.  She is forced to restart her computer.  Renaming the .INI file does nothing to solve the issue.  Our IT team is baffled.  Star support has been unable to do anything about it.  Is anyone else experiencing this?
