Print and save a tax return as a PDF in Lacerte -Crashes

Client never makes it past the 2nd jpg in the Article above. Client hits the print button, it freezes and becomes completely unresponsive until you kill it with Task Manager.
Windows 11 64-bit, Azure Virtual Desktop environment. Not sure if we want to wait for to load to have a chance to generate crash logs for debugging, since we usually never wait for it. Client has been having others print for her. Please advise for things to test and check. Not sure how effective Tools hub is since its a Host pool session in AVD vs running on Golden image on the host for things it scans & looks for in application paths.
