Prep File Address

My EFIN application shows both a physical address and a mailing address. Lacerte is printing my physical address on the returns rather than mailing address. I am not getting a straight answer about why my mailing address cannot appear on client facing documents if BOTH are on file with IRS and associated with my business application.

    EFIN rules only allow one physical address per EFIN, and can only be used at one location

      You can put your mailing address on the Client Letter and on the Invoice by putting it in place of the [KEYWORD] address parts. I think it must be on the 1040.
