Does anyone know why the phone support line is closed today? I just tried calling a couple times at 1 pm PST and received an automated message. Per this link they should be open today until 5 pm PST. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/taxation/help/how-to-contact-lacerte-for-help/00/4691

They should be open. But then again, it is International Sloth Day so they could be closed for the holiday..

No, phone lines should be open. Did you end up getting through @California CPA?

I had the same problem. When you are in the phone tree, select network system instead of stand alone. I was able to get through to a rep that way.

Made me wonder what music on hold they play when you select "stand alone." Maybe, "Stand By Me" ?
