PDF Attachment issue

I've attached a pdf to a return and continue to get an error saying that no pdf is attached. I am able to view the pdf, it is under the size requirement and it is not corrupted. Why is it giving me this issue?

Yes. It is a 1098-c and i made sure to correctly add it to the right form and activity

Yup, same problem. Submitted to Lacerte for about 10 days ago as a service request with no response. I ended up printing and re-scanning the document. I think some .pdf versions are not registering properly.

So I solved my .pdf attachment problem by scanning the form using a different program (actually older Adobe Acrobat Professional) and the form attached and registered correctly. It seems that there are .pdf formats the the program does not like.
