I was told an update would fix my problem of attachment of PDF. I can't e-file anything that has a PDF. I have contacted Lacerte three times. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried to Tools-Repair Updates .....  (the pic shows tax year 2020 - you'd obviously want to select 2023)

      Use the Printing choice and do PDF repair

      If you used TOOL HUB, there is an update for it. That might be the update referred to,.
