ceiloberlander, you are definitely a user of few words, based on all your posts.

I'm sure you've never had any problem answering questions from your clients, who utter nothing more than a few words - probably to save on your hourly billing - but our mind-reading skill is apparently no match with yours and we don't bill by hourly rates here (in fact, we don't get paid a penny), so you don't have to worry about getting charged for saying too much.

Seriously, if you want some help, consider providing more information in your questions.
