PA Schedule E
My client is a full-time CA resident with a tiny fractional interest in a single rental property in PA. In preparing the non-resident PA-40, PA Scedule E Lacerte is automatically populating the schedule with ALL rental properties owned by my client despiste them being marked on Line B as not being located in PA. I've checked the input for each property and each income/expense item are correctly coded to CA. How can I get all of the non-PA properties off of this PA Schedule E?
