OR state rural health practitioner credit

I have entered the $5,000 credit into screen 53.021 with the code, however it does not migrate to the 

Schedule OR-ASC.  So she's not getting credit for it, what am I missing?  I can't seem to trigger the OR-ASC at all.

OR Resident?

Then, by any chance you entered an S in the Source field for the Code 813 line?

The credit (Code 813) is subject to AGI limitation.  NO credit for AGI over $300K, BUT Lacerte still prepares OR-ASC and Line 25 on OR-40 still shows $5,000 when I tried it with a dummy return with $800K AGI.  Lacerte just gave me a diagnostic without disallowing the Credit.

For a nonresident, still NO problem, except that it went to ASC-NP

For a resident, the Code 813 credit flows to OR-ASC and to Line 25.  This is all I have.

I come here for kudos and IRonMaN's jokes.
