My Oregon partnership K-1s say "DO NOT FILE" at top.  Why?  There are no Oregon diagnostics.

    I think those are watermarks for the K-1 recipients, the partners.  It's the idiot insurance that the partner won't see it, think "I need to send this to the IRS to make sure they have it."  This is their copy to prepare their own 1040 returns.
